The York 4 x 5kg Cast Iron Olympic weight plates are suitable for weightlifting and strength-building exercises and offer a durable, space-efficient design. Thanks to special interlocking feature, more plates can be stacked on a bar or machine and the weight plates are compatible with Olympic bars. Each plate weighs 5kg (11lbs) and there is an embossed weight mark for easy identification. These precision cast weight plates with a 2” (5cm) centre hole are supplied in a pack of 4.
