To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons including opened supplements, personal care products, and used beauty items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
