The plates ensure reduced spinning and wobbling and there is a dual grip for easy handling. Durable and tough, the plates are compatible with Olympic bars and have a 2” (5cm) centre hole diameter. Additionally, they are rubber coated for protection of discs and floors and an embossed weight mark helps you quickly identify the plates. The set consists of 4 plates, each weighing 2.5kg (5.5lbs).
