The York 4 x 2.5kg black cast iron 1inch plates are great for adding weight to your workout and offer a strong and durable construction. These solid, hard wearing discs are made of steel and feature a high quality flake resistant, matt finish. They are suitable for strength training and weightlifting sessions and fit all standard 1" (2.5cm) diameter bars. The discs are perfect for building strength and increasing muscle growth and have an embossed York logo and a weight mark in kg to provide quick and easy identification. The weight plates weigh 2.5kg (5.5lbs) each and come in a pack of 4.
