Made to help you gain more strength, build muscle and enjoy effective weightlifting sessions, the York 20kg G2 Cast Iron Olympic weight plate has G2 dual grip design for easy handling and can be used with Olympic bars thanks to a 2” (5cm) centre hole. An interlocking feature enables you to safely load more plates onto machines and bars and the plate is precision cast for increased weight accuracy. It weighs 20kg (44lbs) and offers a tough and durable construction, whereas an embossed weight mark provides quick plate identification.
