Great for adding weight to your workout, the York 2 x 7.5kg black cast iron 1inch plates can be used for exercises such as deadlifts, bicep curls, squats, skull-crushers, military press and bench presses. Made from solid steel, the plates are durable and hard wearing and they are designed to fit all standard 1 inch (2.5cm) diameter bars. They are suitable for increasing strength and muscle growth and have an embossed York logo and weight in kg for quick and easy identification. The set contains two plates weighing 7.5kg (16.5lbs) each.
