P.Ball: With the P.ball at your ankles and the Pvolve logo facing outward, put one foot through the loop and hook the strap around your other ankle. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and make sure the P.ball is centered between your ankles. Once the straps are in place, pull the P.ball all the way up your legs.
To take the P.ball apart, unhook the fasteners on the band, then simply slip it out of the straps. 

P.Band: Look for the L and R printed on the inside of the gloves, indicating Left and Right. With the letter of your corresponding hand facing the inside of your palm, imagine you’re high-fiving your glove, then slip your fingers into the finger loops. Wrap the strap around your wrist to secure. Repeat on the other side.
For best muscle engagement and control, tuck thumbs under where the glove meets the resistance band.

P.3 Trainer: Movements with the P.3 Trainer can be done both standing or on a mat. Attach the ankle straps to each ankle, then follow your Pvolve trainer’s cue’s to attach the appropriate resistance band (long or short) to the side of the body you’re starting with and secure by moving the rubber cover down over the clasp of the carabiner. Attach your desired handle at the other end.
When using the ball overhead, use forefinger and thumb around notch to secure your grip.  When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure grip. 

Gliders: Use these discs under the ball of one foot to add deeper muscle engagement with your legs, glutes, and core in both fast-paced and slow and focused moves. They can also be used in planks to allow you to smoothly move your feet while bracing yourself with your arms for intense core activation.

Slant Board: They recommend using the board on a flat, steady surface while wearing supportive sneakers.
Always use the lowest incline unless specifically instructed otherwise.
Please note the Slant Board has a capacity of 350 lbs.

Hand Weights: These 2 lb Hand Weights add resistance in your Strength & Sculpt classes to work your upper body in a wide range of motion.

Ankle Weights: Put the weight around your ankle, loop the strap through the metal holder, then pull until it feels snug but not too tight. Secure the strap and get moving!

Heavy Ankle Band: Step into the Heavy Ankle Band and secure around each ankle with the Pvolve logo upright.
This tool is used in exercises both while standing and on the mat. Lift through the core and thighs to eliminate tension on the hip flexors to discover an intense, focused burn on your lower body.

Light Ankle Band: Step into the Light Ankle Band and secure around each ankle with the Pvolve logo upright.
The Light Ankle Band is used in exercises while both standing and on the mat. Lift through the core and thighs to eliminate tension on the hip flexors and discover a deep burn at a high range of motion.

Massage Ball Set: Use massage balls on larger muscle groups to start, then gradually move to smaller ones. Use your hands to roll over muscles in a circular motion. Stop when you find a sore area or point of tension and apply gentle pressure for about 30 seconds. Do not press massage balls into your joints or bones.

Foam Roller: Follow along in our Recover & Stretch classes to glide your muscles over this roller and work out kinks and knots.

Precision Mat: Use on a flat surface. When doing standing work, please wear sneakers or non-slip socks.
To find your default starting position on the mat, place on the floor and stand in the middle square with the 12 directly in front of the center of your body.
Imagine you are the center of a clock.
From there, you can follow along with the trainer’s cues.
