The mat is 7mm (0.3”) thick to lessen joint impact when exercising and has a lightweight design making it easy to carry. It ensures great traction to keep you safe and stable when performing balance exercises. The training mat is manufactured from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) foam for increased durability and rolls tight for comfortable transportation.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across the UK usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the courier. Free UK mainland shipping is available on orders over £30, while orders below £30 are charged a £3.99 flat shipping fee.
