Blond: Light blonde with neutral undertones

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For a flawless finish and seamless blending, gently comb spoolie brush upwards onto brow hairs to disperse pigment. The fibres stick to each brow hair to give the appearance of thicker, more luscious arches.
