Gliders are smooth-sliding discs designed to intensify lower body and core training. By creating controlled instability under your feet, they challenge balance and activate the inner thighs, glutes, and abdominal muscles with every rep.
Compact and lightweight, Gliders are easy to use anywhere, adding variety and intensity to strength or cardio-based training. They can also be incorporated into planks for greater core activation or to increase speed and agility in cardio sessions.
