The SelectTech 1090i by BowFlex is an adjustable dumbbell set that is designed for minimalists in mind who want to perform full-body workouts and keep their living space clean and free. The practical construction of the dumbbell allows for easy adjustment between 17 weight options to fit your training needs and engage different body parts - legs, back, chest, abs, shoulders, and arms. There are premium, firm grips and a unique locking mechanism to ensure a firm hold and added safety. The dumbbells offer a weight adjustment range of 4-41kg (8.8-90.4lbs). A 2-month free JRNY trial is included to provide challenge and versatility with trainer-led videos and personalised training experience with Motion Tracking form guidance, real-time rep counting and adaptive weight targets.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across the UK usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the courier. Free UK mainland shipping is available on orders over £30, while orders below £30 are charged a £3.99 flat shipping fee.
