Quinton Action Plus Nasal Hygiene® is a cold micro-filtered hypertonic seawater solution (2.1% salinity) designed to relieve nasal congestion and support effective nasal cleansing.

Its hypertonic action helps reduce nasal blockage by thinning mucus and facilitating its removal, while maintaining optimal nasal moisture.

Suitable for adults and children from 6 years of age.

• Water: 40%

Indications / Intended Use

This medical device is indicated to:

• Alleviate nasal congestion associated with colds, flu, allergic rhinitis and rhinosinusitis
• Support nasal care following nasal surgery
• Help clear the nose of allergens and adhered particles
• Maintain nasal moisture and relieve nasal dryness

Microdiffusion system with multi-position container for convenient application.

Dosage

Apply 3–6 times per day.
Suitable for daily use.

Directions for Use

1. Remove the protective cap.
2. Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril and tilt the head to the opposite side.
3. Press the spray and inhale until the nasal passage is fully cleansed.
4. Repeat in the other nostril.
5. Wash the spray head with soapy water after use.

Possible Side Effects

At the beginning of treatment, a temporary sensation of irritation or burning in the nose or throat may occur.
In very rare cases, nosebleeds (epistaxis) may occur.

Warnings & Precautions

• Pressurised container. May explode if heated.
• Do not perforate or burn, even after use.
• Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
• Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Do not use if the container is damaged, if pressure is lost, or if the solution is not released properly.
• The use of this product in other ENT conditions has not been evaluated.
